Take The Spice Club Murukku Mix and add 100g of butter for 1 kg Murukku Mix. Add water little by little and make soft crack free dough. Take a Murukku press plate and fill it with prepared dough. Heat enough oil in kadai and slide in the squeezed Murukku. Cook both sides without changing the colour. When it slightly starts to become golden, drain from oil and keep aside.
Ingredients: Rice, Urad Dhal, Salt, Black Seasame Seed, Asafoetida, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain Seed.
